Cubaris Mix

The Cubaris Mix is a softer structured bioactive substrate designed for more sensitive and moisture dependent Cubaris species. It focuses on microbial richness, nutrient cycling, and stable humidity levels.

It consists of bio compost, woodchips, flake soil, leaf soil, moss, and activated carbon, with natural calcium sources such as limestone powder, eggshell powder, and sepia powder. Bat guano is included to enhance microbial activity, while lava rock helps improve drainage and soil structure.

This mix is suitable for fully bioactive enclosures and supports long term colony health. With proper maintenance it lasts at least 12 months, and up to 2 years when combined with living plants.
