Size: Approximately 1.5–2 cm as adults.
Difficulty (Keeping): Moderate; requires stable warmth, high humidity, adequate ventilation, and a moisture gradient.
Breeding Difficulty: Moderate; breeds reliably once established under stable conditions, but colony growth is slower than prolific species such as Porcellio.
Temperature: 22–26°C (72–79°F).
Humidity: High; maintain a consistently humid environment while providing good ventilation and a slightly drier area for moisture regulation.
Note: Cubaris sp. “Amber” is known for its warm amber to golden-orange coloration and rounded body shape. Like other Cubaris, it benefits from a deep, moisture-retentive substrate, abundant leaf litter, decaying hardwood, and a reliable calcium source.
